On our way to the Lasithi plateau we will stop at the Aposelemis dam and the unique floating village of Sfendyli. Upon arrival at Lasithi, visit the old windmills and the famous Zeus Cave. The Zeus Cave, located at an altitude of 1020 m with the fantastic stalactites and stalagmites, is the largest and one of the most visited sites in Crete.

Next stop is the pottery workshop of Psychro village, feel free to take a moment to watch the skilled artisans at work, their hands shaping the clay with finesse and dedication. If you're here to create your own masterpiece, the knowledgeable instructors are ready to guide you through the process, from moulding your clay to adding those personal touches that make your creation truly unique.

Stop at the Kera Monastery for a traditional Cretan lunch. After lunch, visit a 4th generation olive oil factory where we will have an olive oil tasting and learn all about olive oil production.

The last and the best stop of the tour is the exploration of the capital of the Minoan civilisation, Knossos Palace.
