The tour met my expectations and overall, we were pleased. Tour guide was very enthusiastic and personable….perhaps a little too much so for the spirit and mood of a “haunted” tour. She was fairly knowledgeable of the history, but seemed to be more about having fun than setting the mood/tone for the haunted night tour experience.

What a good small add on, I am glad we did this. so much information about alittle of every thing for the area! I do recommend getting to tour spot early as shops were closing by time we got there and would have loved to look around more before tour.

Interesting tour but it was promoted as a one and half hour tour, yet we were done in an hour!! We were told to take our time taking pictures at the cemetery but then the group disappeared off without several of us and we got lost, ended up following a group of people that were not our group and the tour had ended by the time we finally caught up!

Just consider that the description of executions might be a lot for some small kids (1 out of 4, age 8, in our group got scared). Our guide gave us a lot of interesting facts.

April was incredible funny and was able to engage everyone on the tour with the stories of Salem but with her jokes she was still able to make people get chills running down their spine she took into account the people on the tour she took into account their own questions and what they thought about the sights letting those who knew a lot about ghosts to have extra time to take pictures of extremely hunted places and aiding those who had never been on a ghost tour by giving tips and suggestions or giving more context all around an amazing tour

I recently took a night tour in Salem and found it to be an engaging experience overall. It was fascinating to learn about historical events and see iconic buildings that tied directly to Salem's rich (and often chilling) history. Our guide, April, was incredibly animated and entertaining, which made the tour lively and enjoyable. However, I believe some of her information could use updating. For instance, she mentioned that Dorothy Good only lived to the age of 16, but the Witch Museum has evidence suggesting she lived until at least 50. There were also a few other inaccuracies throughout the tour, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, April could work on presenting a more unbiased perspective when discussing the Puritans. Her commentary sometimes leaned too heavily in favor of them, which felt unbalanced given the complex and often troubling history of their involvement in the trials. Lastly, the "ghost orbs" she pointed out are simply reflections from streetlights.
