Fantastic tour and a great guide! Initially I was hesitant because I had a flight to catch that night, but since this was probably the only time I'll have the opportunity to visit the Taj Mahal, I decided to go for it. The driver picked me up at the hotel on time, took me to Agra, and handed me over to my fabulous guide, Vinny. I've been on tour around the world, and Vinny is one of the best guides there is. He knew all the best spots to visit, take pictures, take videos, everything. And anything I asked for, Vinny made it happen. Tour guides are always capable and happy to tailor to your needs, so just ask. And most important of all, Vinny MADE SURE that I hit the road on time to catch my plane. When Vinny tells you to move along, move your ass!!! There are visits to stores which were well worth the time. The shops offered tourism and cultural experience. Definitely not some pushy cheap souvenir shopping. And DO spend the extra few bucks and get the all inclusive option. So worth it.

The driver was amazing. But there were aspects of the tour that i didn't sign up or pay for. I paid for a tour to agra from New Delhi and back. Which went off without a hitch. I also paid to go to Red Fort, Taj Mahal, lunch, and Mehtab Gardens. That's it!! What i didn't want or pay for, was to be involuntarily taken to a rug shop co owned by my guide and being asked to buy handmade rugs for $1,100 US dollars or $500 dollars. I kept insisting that i didn't want to buy anything at all. But that was for nothing. And they just kept showing rugs to buy. And kept on trying to stall me leaving, by making me tea & just not taking no. At that moment i walked out, i ended the tour two to two and half hours early. And had the driver take me back to Delhi immediately. None of that description was on the expedia activity i paid for on the Expedia app. Nor was it on the itenariery that the tour company sent me. Felt kind of scammy.

The day trip results in a long day, but the driver was great and the your guide was very informative. While he asked if we wanted to do side shipping trips, he was not pushy and when we said no, he dropped it. This was very much appreciated.

I think this company has good intentions but the car and tour guide for my tour were ordinary and the company should be outsourcing to better quality, proven individuals. The car for the 4 hour each way trip to Agra was not acceptable for the amount of money paid. It was a tiny Etios with weak, almost non-existent air-conditioning. I was sweating in the car because it was so hot and stuffy - just uncomfortable. Furthermore, there was a rattling noise for 20 minutes. I told the driver I could hear a noise. The driver pulled over to check and it was the engine cover had fallen off the car. The driver found some rope on the side of the ride and tied the engine cover back on. It's not very safe and that's a poor experience when I am paying nearly $200 AUD for the tour. The tour guide in Agra was in a rush and didn't want to show things in any detail or take any time. He constantly said "it's too hot" and that he'd done tours from 6am on the day. That's not my fault. Very disappointed.

I like the tour of agra fort and taj mahal it was nice guide was good, car driver was good,there service was awesome. One thing you got to be careful with the photographer they tell you something and try to rip you off ,something with tours they don't tell you everything,the hidden costs especially when they know you from other countries,be careful ask the details before picking the tour thanks jm
