What you can expect

Take a journey away from the bustle of Orlando for the day and discover historic Saint Augustine, Florida. Enjoy the convenience of return transport as you head out to explore the oldest town in the US.

Experience the history and culture of this Spanish settlement along with a variety of unique shops and restaurants. Named for San Agustín, this quaint town in Northeast Florida was founded in September of 1565 by Spanish admiral and Florida's first governor, Pedro Menéndez de Avilés. It served as the capital of Spanish Florida for more than 200 years.

Take time at your leisure to explore landmarks such as the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, and Fort Matanzas. A must-see is the Casillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. Located on the shore of Matanzas Bay, the fort was designed by the Spanish engineer Ignacio Daza. Capture amazing photos and be sure to listen for the boom during the firing of cannons.

Perfect for strolling, Saint Augustine and its streets offer a trip back in time. Enjoy its delightful historic district, with cobblestone roads, quaint cafes, bars, unique shops, and endless historical landmarks. St Augustine is really a beautiful trip, it’s a 2 hour transportation from Orlando, and about 3 hour drive back due to traffic, if you are traveling during the winter time please take precaution and bring a jacket just in case it was chilly for us especially since we brought our children, it is hop on off, I definitely recommend hopping off close to flagier college and the fountain of youth, most museums are in extra charge to enter, we visited the castillo San Marcos I give it a 7/10 it was beautiful but nothing inside really the beach was what made it beautiful, we ate at the Columbia Restaurant it was very pricey but the restaurant itself was beautiful the food was good as expected nothing to blow your mind away,

A lovely day out to break up the craziness of the theme parks. Time ran away though, by the time you've done the trolley tour and had lunch we didn't have much time left!... but maybe that was just us dithering about!

The experience was nice. It would have been perfect if we didn’t have to catch a taxi to and from the pickup/ drop off location. We were two miles away and it cost us an additional $42 for a round trip to and from the pickup/drop off location

Our van driver Ismael (sp?) was awesome! He provided a lot of interesting history of the area as we drove and was a very conscientious driver! As to St Augustine, it was a beautiful town with a lot of history!

The driver Paul was nice, opened the door for us, got us our trolley tickets and explained what to do. He also came early and pulled up to the door when it was time to go. The van was really nice and roomy and there weren't too many people. Everyone was quiet which was nice. It rained all day, so that was too bad. I recommend cancelling if it is a rainy or stormy day because that was kind of miserable. Our clothes, shoes and socks got soaked, even with umbrella, raincoat and a trolley poncho. We loved the Alligator Farm and the Pirate Museum. Traffic was awful on the way back and the trip back to Orlando took almost 3 hours.

My tour included a visit to st. Augustine and one hour cruise. When we met the driver/ guide, he said that our ticket included: all day on and off reboarding at 23 stops. When we inquired about the cruise, he said we have it included. After arrival at st. Agustine he said that we only have the cruise. After waiting for almost half hour, another driver took us to the dock to take the boat, however the driver informed that after the cruise we haveto return by ourselves.. Our understanding was that the trolley ticket was included and that the driver have yo return us t o the meeting point. In addition, the driver/guide was not communicative, he did not share the history of st. Augustine.
