Teresa invites you to immerse yourself in an authentic Sicilian gastronomic and cultural experience! Meeting point: We will meet at 8:30 am at the Ortigia market (Burgio Salumeria), located near the port where cruise ships dock. Ortigia Market Tour (8:30-9:30) Enjoy a delicious walk through the bustling market, discovering local flavours, tasting delicious Sicilian specialities and learning about fresh and preserved ingredients. You will also receive Sicilian recipes and purchase ingredients for the lesson. ‍ Cooking class and lunch (10:00 - 13:00) The cooking class takes place in my villa with garden in the Arenella area. You will prepare a traditional three-course meal, using some of the fresh ingredients we have selected from the market, and savour the delicious dishes you have created. As a gift you will receive a collection of family recipes to recreate Sicilian flavours at your home. Transport: You will need a car to reach the villa. If necessary, I can provide transport for 15 € per person. This experience is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for a complete and authentic gastronomic adventure.
