For those who don´t drink alcohol, we have a delicious organic apple juice! - Taste the local Idiazabal cheese, made from the latxa sheep - Discover the fascinating world of the Basque pates - Did you know we are huge chocolate makers in the Basque region? We will finish this experience tasting the chocolates from a local maker
