Asakusa Sumo Club Annex was established on February 20, 2025 as a high-class branch of the very popular Asakusa Sumo Club. All seats are sofas, and the restaurant offers food and drinks in an atmosphere reminiscent of a high-class Japanese ryotei restaurant. The meal will include an original chanko-nabe (chicken hot pot) supervised by sumo wrestlers, and sukiyaki and tempura made with Japanese A5 rank wagyu beef. (Vegetarian meals are also available.) The drinks will include all-you-can-drink Japanese whisky, draft beer etc..., and soft drinks. At the Asakusa Sumo Club Annex, we will take you on a deep frive through history and how sumo has evolved throughout the millennia.
