Here you will take part in a guided tasting where you will learn how to recognise types of oil to understand what elements to look for and how to read labels.
It will be an unforgettable sensory experience dedicated to wellness, sustainability and good taste.
The guided tasting takes place outdoors and includes various types of EVO oil. Then the following foods will be tasted in combination with the extra virgin olive oil: bread, seasonal fruits and vegetables, potatoes, culurgiones or coccoi prenas, casu ascedu, and desserts.
