Welcome to the bustling, mysterious, romantic city of contrasts I call home, Tokyo.

Photography is my profession but more importantly my passion and I'm confident the work I deliver will be unique and worthy of the time and money invested in capturing your best memories. Whether you are solo, a group of friends, or needing engagement memories!

I'm offering my original style of portrait photography in known and some very unknown places. As I host Tokyo's largest twice weekly photography meetup all over the city, I know these streets intimately. I love connecting with people and seeing them shine through the lens as we create wonderful art together!

You absolutely don't need to be a model or have any experience as I'll be there to guide you every step of the way.

I will also give you a lot of insights into Japan and the local culture!

Lastly, the tour can absolutely be tailor-made to your specific requirements.

While I usually love to take my clients to Shinjuku to see famed places like Omoide-Yokocho, Kabukicho and Golden Gai this tour can be customised for any part of Tokyo including other famous and not so famous areas. Day or night. Prefer the calm serenity of a photoshoot and tour at a temple to the bustling city aesthetic? That is no problem! I host Tokyos largest photography meetup twice weekly at various parts of the city so I know a lot of great spots to tour if somewhere outside Shinjuku is preferred.
Omoide Yokocho

Otherwise called Memory Lane is a charming and small alleyway of cramped little bars and eateries in Shinjuku where people meet for drinks and dinner for a quintessential Tokyo experience.
Kabukicho
  • 30m
Kabukicho in Shinjuku is the most densely packed, neon-burning, boisterous yet safest red-light district in Asia and, possibly, in the world. Very tourist friendly and a must see!

Deniz was prompt and professional. He made me feel so comfortable as we walked and talked. not only do you get an amazing photo session you get a mini tour of the city. He knew all the right spots for the best pictures and I am so happy with the outcome. Without even mentioning Tokyo in my pictures, he was able to capture me and the city, and everybody who looks at them, immediately knows where these pictures were taken. I cannot recommend him enough, when I’m back with my family I will be using him again. Thank you so much

I never write reviews but I felt compelled as this was such an awesome experience. I usually travel with my Creative Director so I'm typically never without a professional photographer. However, this was a personal/solo trip for me so I looked for local photographer in Tokyo and Deniz has the most unique photography tour experience in Tokyo. Most photo shoots are the more trendy shots with landmarks, etc. that you end up getting on your own with a selfie anyhow. Deniz takes you to some amazing and edgy shots/locations you would never think of as a tourist as we're looking for the more trendy spots. Moreover, Deniz is a just a great guy and is dedicated to ensuring you get the shots you want and even ones you didn't know you wanted. He's that good and more than worth the price. You're guaranteed to have a great time all while exploring and learning a lot from Deniz about Tokyo. Thanks again brother!
