Dalmatian cousine is an important part of Dalmatian tradition. People from the island of Hvar are growing vineyards and olives for centuries and Hvar is known as a Lavender island. When you come on the island of Hvar you are awarded with a rhapsody of flavours no one can resist. We have combined all traditional flavours of the island in one day. In Olive oil mill we will try 3-4 different kinds of extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil producer is a gold award winner on an annual World largest and most prestigious olive oil contest in New York held each spring.
