The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the trip. The lunch they provided was delicious, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and well-cared for. During our snorkeling session, the guides went above and beyond by taking my mom out on a boat to feed and observe the fish since she doesn't swim. Their thoughtfulness and kindness were evident at every moment. I highly recommend Fury for anyone looking to explore the Whitsundays—they truly exceeded expectations!

We were looking forward to an amazing experience in the Whitsundays, but unfortunately, the trip was a huge disappointment. First of all, the guides did absolutely nothing – they just sat in the boat and provided no information or guidance. It felt more like a transport service than a guided tour. The weather was terrible, which of course isn’t the tour operator’s fault, but the way it was handled only made things worse. It rained and was extremely windy the entire time, and we were crammed into a boat that looked more like a refugee boat – no comfort whatsoever. Lunch was supposed to be on a beach that had absolutely nothing interesting to see, and we ended up sitting in the rain for two hours while the guides stayed comfortably in their boat out on the water. No effort was made to improve the experience or offer alternatives – we were just left to fend for ourselves. Overall, a really bad experience that didn’t live up to expectations

Today, my partner and I had the pleasure of experiencing the Whitsundays with Big Fury Tours. Firstly, the pickup was timely, and the organisation during check-in, the briefing, and the distribution of our sting prevention wetsuits was exceptional. Upon boarding the boat, we were introduced to our Skipper, Lachie, and First Mate, Jai. Both individuals were exemplary, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring that all 30+ guests had an enjoyable day. Their knowledge about the excursion and the Whitsundays was impressive, and their light-hearted humour contributed positively to the atmosphere. Lunch was delicious, compliments to the chef. All in all, a trip of a lifetime and highly recommend!
