Room was an uncomfortable and couldn’t adjust the temperature. Asked staff to adjust temperature, but they didn’t. Noisy with view of industrial area. Some staff were great, but others seemed completely disinterested. No parking available.

The room was ok, electric tripped had water leak, this showed as marked on ceiling had been there a while. Hotel staff were very quick at sorting so no complaints there. Had a double room, no extra chair or table, which would have been good and aided comfort.

3 night stay had excellent time
Bit of a mix up with the room at the start was sorting quickly. Bar meals were excellent bar was comfortable with a nice view.

Complimentary water and fruit at reception only there on day one. Other days, there was nothing put out. Breakfast was limited choice, and repetitive. Also tables on so emir inns were not kept clear of plates etc. Bathroom in room, was in need of upgrade, and shabby.

Not convinced received 'Superior' room / service
Probably spoiled by excellent stay at Leonardo Cork a few months ago which was excellent. Aberdeen stay was slightly flawed by poor housekeeping. Disappointing, having paid extra for a superior room. Still unsure what was superior, having had to request missing water, towels etc. Quick phone call to Reception resolved the matter, thank you

Hotel and bar good , pleasant staff. But we stayed two nights and room was not serviced. We got back too late the second day to ask for it to be done. Not a big deal but would have been fine to have clean cups etc and bins emptied.
