The Villa Hasi is a feel-good house very close to the Hauser Kaibling and Schladming. We have set up our house as we would like it to be when we go on vacation. So everything is there. A fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, large living room with a 65 "4K television incl. Netflix, Playstation, XBox, ...! Next to it is a sunny dining area where you can also chat with the Amazon Alexa. Here you can also go straight to the large garden with a view of the mountains, an outdoor barrel sauna and a brick grill. Two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 sinks are on the ground floor or OG. 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom, all equipped with the best mattresses, down comforters and two different pillows. In addition, there is of course a 42 "LED TV in every bedroom with free Netflix access. In the basement you will find a ski boot warmer, a washing machine, a dryer, a table football table, a treadmill and other games. Under the carport you could not only play parking but also play a round table tennis at the professional table. Enjoyment on over 200m² of living space.

The ski bus goes approx. 150m from the house to the Hauser Kaibling ski lift (approx. 3km)! Schladming is also 10 minutes away by bus or car. to reach.
In summer, the area offers the best opportunities for relaxation in the mountains or for athletes on the best mountain bike slopes.

Mega entspannend und absolut seriös
Wir (5 Erw. & 2 Kleinkinder) hatten tolle Ferientage in Schladming. Das Haus ist bombe, die Lage lädt ein zum relaxen, wandern und entspannen, der nächste Spar ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. Grillen, Sauna und ausgiebige Spaziergänge - alles ist möglich. Im Umkreis von 10 gemütlichen Spaziergangminuten befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, die wir bedenkenlos empfehlen können. Unser Gastgeber Roman war immer erreichbar und sehr zum unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, hat uns mit Tipps und Ratschlägen versehen. Die Villa Hasi und sein Gastgeber Roman sind ein Garant für eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Steiermark.

Super Lage! Tolles Haus!
Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und gemütlich und es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem nicht weit weg von Skipisten und guten Restaurants. Unser highlight war der Kamin und die Sauna während sich unsere Kinder besonders über den Kickertisch und die Playstation freuten. Wir wurden von Roman (dem Vermieter) sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Danke! Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können und wir kommen gerne wieder.
