Disappointing stay at holiday inn express
Staff was not helpful nor friendly. It was dirty. Bathroom was in bad repair and dirty. The room had a bad odor. Breakfast was not restocked it was out of many items both mornings. Staff seemed annoyed you were there. Came back to the room with trash floating on the toilet where the person cleaning the room apparently flushed the trash down the toilet. Key stopped working so I had to make a trip downstairs to be able to get back into my room.

I would've liked my room to be a bit cleaner. I believe it was the same room I stayed in previously in June '23 or before. I would prefer a room on the front side of the building and on lower floor on my next visit. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Great staff!
Great staff! We were greeted by Allegra at check-in. She was very helpful and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The next morning, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was broken, and the desk clerk immediately arranged for Carlos, the maintenance man, to swap it out. He was very friendly and offered some tips about the local restaurants. We had a very nice stay, and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

At to below average
The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was below average - eggs were lukewarm, bagels stale, coffee also lukewarm. Also got to listen to an employee complain very loudly about another employee … whole experience was slightly below average.
