Very nice staff which makes a world of difference when staying at a hotel. The room i would give an 8/10 couch has stains. Bed was not bad. More comfortable than most hotels my wife and i have stayed at. Breakfast could be better not much of a selection. We will be staying at microtels again whether it is this one or another. We are very pleased.

All in all the hotel was ok. I believe the owners of the hotel lived in the hotel room above me, because almost every night at 10:30 pm they decided to vacuum for about 10-20 min. Also there were kids running around upstairs above us literally ALL DAY/night. It was also hard to actually find someone at the front desk. Every time i had an issue i had to dial “0” on the front desk phone for someone to come down and help. It’s real unfortunate because other than that happening the stay was fine.

One night stay for a work trip. Everything was fine until it came time for bed. Plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery/convenience stores, etc. Surrounding area felt safe. But the noise… paper thin walls so I could hear every single word spoken by the neighboring guests, and their TV too. They were up literally half of the night - which is fine! Anyone is entitled to stay up as late as they want, no problem. But I shouldn’t be able to hear their entire conversations spoken at a regular volume. They weren’t even yelling, but there were times that I genuinely thought someone had entered my room - that’s how thin the walls are. Not only that, but my room was on the back side of the building which is the interstate side, so I could also hear the constant droning sound of cars and 18 wheelers passing by all night long. So I got very little sleep. In fact, if it weren’t for my AirPods I would have gotten zero sleep. Carpet flooring in the room was pretty dingy, but the rest of the room was clean. And the young man at the front desk was very nice, as well as other employees I encountered. Not going to say this place is awful or anything like that, but overall I don’t think I would stay here again due to the noisiness.

We stay here a few times a year. Always clean. Only complaint is that there is only one chair and it is the desk chair. On top of the ac/heater there is a cushion but for any back support you have to lean against the window. It’s either that or sit on the bed. The free breakfast is nice. Coffee is good, waffles, bagels or muffins. Not elaborate but good for us. There is a Cracker Barrel just up the road if you want a full meal. I’m

The room view was the back of the sign, it was incredibly noisy being located right at the elevators and ice machine. Breakfast was barely continental. Also be prepared they will bill your credit card for the “deposit”—you may have to fight for a refund for their fraudulent charge (since no service or product was actually rendered). I’ve stayed at more that 2 dozen hotels in the last year—this is the only one that it actually posted as a charge.

I love this hotel. I always stay here every 4-6 weeks when I visit my son and granddaughters. What I love the most is their commitment to super clean rooms and all around areas. The staff majes me feel like family :)
