The floors were so dirty and sticky we could not take our shoes off. Our feet were black from dirt within a few minutes of getting out of the shower. We could not let my grandson down to play. The smell of cigarette smoke in the office was unbearable. The employees would prop the door open and smoke in the doorway. Employee refused me a first floor room when it was requested for my mother who is not able to do stairs and is on oxygen, but gave the others checking in at the same time first floor rooms. While the beds were comfortable the sheets and blankets had stains on them.
