my stay at royalisa
The hotel front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are shabby and smelly. The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water daily, only lukewarm water. The washrooms smell of sewage. There is very loud late night music. Airconditioning costs five euro a day. Safety deposit box is keyed and costs two euros a day. Overall there are many hotels to choose from in this area. This hotel just wants your money.

Nice apartment in good location
Nice place to stay. It was a one bedroom apartment with sleeping options in living room. Really good balcony to relax plus small pool on ground floor. Breakfast was a single serving rather than buffet and was in a good spot. Location of apartment is close to sea as well as otogar.

There was not any real parking place belonging to the hotel, only parking on the street. There was no hot water in the bath room, the water drain were broken and dirty. Service was really bad. They asked for exra charge for air conditioning while it was already covered in the booking.

We like everything in this place, accept sound isolation, but its not up to hotel, its up to wild people who don't respect others... Hotel is clean, breakfast is ok, seaside is near.

Great for families on a budget
Personnel were excellent, especially the front desk clerk Tchuma and the cleaners. The room had very thin walls so i could hear a baby crying. It's a cheapish hotel and therefore great for families. It has a little pool and even a smaller one for kids. It's close to the beach and shops, restaurant and bars. Overall ok for a few days. Too few outlets for electrical items. Small old tv.

Oda temizliği her gün yeterli olarak yapılmaktaydı ve temizlikle görevli ablalar çok güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık fakat civardaki işletmelerin geç saatlere kadar yüksek sesle müzik açmaları çocuklarıyla konaklayacak olanlar için sıkıntı olabilir. Ek olarak su, poşet çay gibi ikramlıklar yoktu.

Odayı satarken belirtmedikleri bazı anlamsızlıklar oldu...Alanya gibi sıcak yerde, klima kumandasını parayla vermeye kalktılar, size yazacağımı söyleyince vazgeçtiler !! Otopark var deniyordu, sokağın ortasına parkettik arabayı...Yatakları eski ve orta kısımları çökmüş, uyunacak gibi değil, bel ağrısıyla uğraştık !!! Yatağın altına battaniye koyarak yükseltip uyumaya çalıştık !!!! Havlular çarşaflar 3 günde bir değişiyormuş, oraya gidince öğrendik maalesef, leş gibi havlularla 3 gün geçirdik !! Oda eski, bakımlı değildi !
