This is our go to hotel when travelling through Albany. The hotel is beautiful with very comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any needs. The on site restaurant is a huge benefit for travelers. The food and service are top notch in both the restaurant and bar area. Book the room with the breakfast included option it is well worth the extra cost.

The athletic room was spacious. An eliptical machine I used was not functioning properly. Otherwise the room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed. Provided very good sleep. Hotel rate was reasonable.

This is an interesting property. Half of it is updated and the other half appears to be a hold over from the 70s. That said the staff are great, the parking is very good and it’s conveniently located.

Check in was quick and easy. We were offered a interior room with a balcony. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The maid service was great. They were super attentive. We check in late they had us on our way to our room in under 2 minutes it’s Very clean, very comfortable, great staff, late check out is their normal check out time, you could see the thruway from parking lot (but not a noisy location only figured it out the next day when we saw the hotel from the thruway HOW conveniently located it was) an entire restaurant row for dining options and to TOP it off the price was more affordable than a cheap motel for a 4star Hotel 10/10 recommend
