Friendly staff at reception. - Bathtub without curtain or any water protection which allows water out the bathtub while taking shower. The bathroom floor becomes full of water for 2nd person! And this was for our both delux rooms booking. - Breakfast with limited varieties and without toaster.

Great location for visiting Alberobello. If you are lucky enough to stay in one of the trullis then it's a great hotel...beautiful grounds and lovely open air swimming pool. For a one night stay its ok but very impersonal and the rooms are very dated in design. If you are not part of the large coach loads staying here breakfast is very disappointing

A lovely hotel with 5 star service. A great base to see all the sights of the iltria valley. Lovely breakfast. The hotel has a spa . We highly recommend staying here .

Avons bénéficié d’une chambre rénovée non encore montrée en photo sur les sites internet. Bon standing. Petit déjeuner très succinct, pas à la hauteur du restaurant en terrasse pour le dîner. Piscine agréable. Beaux extérieurs. Les tapis élimés dans les halls desservent plus qu’ils n’apportent.

Très beau site
Le site est superbe avec ses trullis. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen pour un 4 étoiles. La piscine est superbe mais bruyante car un bruit de compresseur est omniprésent. Le restaurant est très bien avec une cuisine délicieuse.

Il personale gentilissimo e professionale.Non mi è piaciuto l’accesso l’imitato alla spa solitamentese prendo un hotel con piscina posso usarla quando voglio e non mi è piaciuta la colazione...un 4 stelle potrebbe permettersi un succo d’arancia nn diluito o scadente e delle marmellate almeno non sottomarca,della zueg X esempio, come in qualsiasi hotel che non sia situato in puglia!dovreste soggiornare al barcelo e prendere esempio dalla loro colazione

Tutto ottimo.
Hotel molto bello ben arredato, pulito con personale molto professionale, disponibile e molto educato. Camere spaziose ben arredate pulite con letti comodissimi e ottimamente insonorizzate, dotate di ampi bagni puliti . La colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Dotato di una SPA non eccessivamente grande ma pulita e ben organizzata .Sarà di certo il mio hotel di riferimento se ritorno nella zona di Alberobello. Lo consiglio sicuramente.
