This hotel is a great value if you need to catch an early flight! The staff was incredibly helpful and the included shuttle was very convenient. The reception/lobby area was nice and updated, but the elevators and upper floors seemed a bit worn and tired. Overall, would definitely stay again!

The Sheraton Club lounge experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again until after significant renovations are complete.

I booked here & it included free WiFi. They charged me anyway & told me to take it up with Expedia or Marriott bonvoy as I was supposed to know it is now owned by Marriott. I want my WiFi refund. I think becuz I paid w AMEX gold card they could get away with it. The Day of the Deal was free wifi! We had traveled 30 hours from Paris to SLC & then to ABQ.
