Mediocre motel
Friendly staff, great breakfasts. Room was a bit dated with older flooring that didn't appear freshly mopped/swept. 114's heater had two temperatures: Low, or scorched earth hot. Dont set this heater to 68-72 like your homes. 61 kept it cozy and it was definitely more like 70. The room's refrigerator froze all drinks solid, but we couldnt find where to change the temperature up. The walls and floors are paper thin. We've stayed at many hotels in our years, but this was probably one of the worst in terms of privacy. You could hear neighboring rooms conversations, and the room directly above us awoke us at 555am by letting their children run wild and crazy. You could hear them racing around, and jumping off the bed. The beds and linens were wonderful in our room. Lobby is very cozy and well appointed.

The room smelled terrible, like they used so much air fresheners or smelly carpet cleaner to cover up unpleasant smells. Triggered a migraine. Would never ever stay there again. Staff was indifferent when we checked in. Not friendly at all.

We were welcomed by the front desk clerk as we walked in the building. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, shower was great, and the entire property was well maintained. We will be staying here again when back in the area.

The main purpose of a hotel is sleep for its customers. Hard to do when the walls are such that i can hear the tv in the next room, and, i can hear the guest in the next room conversation. Terrible!

Upon check in I went to the room. On the way up the stairs the handrail is ready to fall off. Got to the room and no heat! Changed rooms . The room was unsatisfactory. Fixtures in the tub ready to fall off, bugs on the floor and bed, over all dirty. The bed was rock hard . This hotel smells of cigarette smoke and needs updating. Will not stay there again. I reserved this hotel based on the reviews. I just want the next guest to know what they are reserving. Very poor staff and building is horrible.

Best western didn’t disappoint
We came to stay the night before my spouses surgery and then I stayed by myself one more night. Very nice comfortable room. The staff was beyond friendly. Very accommodating. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Hospital was close as well
