Was given a room by the pool a small pin kept anyone from accessing our room. Asked for another room was placed way at the other end far away, felt like was given that room out of spite. Woke up to the fire alarm going off. Grabbed all our stuff, went to the front desk asked if everything was okay and was treated like we were in the wrong asking if we are safe. Was told the fire department is there every other day due to lack of maintenance by more than one person. Was told by the hotel no refunds take it up with Expedia. We immediately left the worst property weve ever been at and went elsewhere.
