Jackie is the best very helpful and sweet. Only thing I regret is buying the breakfast the hotel provides it was 50 euros and was awful

Really enjoyed our stay, very convenient transport to the city centre, felt safe walking around the area in the dark. The ladies on check in desk were lovely and we liked the green stance the hotel were taking with options around room cleaning. We were a little frustrated that it would have cost us €40 to use the pool for two hours. It is stated on the information but we had to look into the fine print to find it and the man on the pool check in desk was quite condescending.

Very nice hotel, modern and with great facilities. The rooms are lovely and big. The bar/restaurant food was lovely. Nice little gym with good equipment, however i was a little disappointed the pool & steam/sauna was extra, €90 just to enter the spa. It was s hreat location for me

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Fantastic facilities, the best rooms and breakfast was amazing. Super friendly staff in all departments. A truly great stay!

Nice hotel but extra charges.
The room was nice and comfortable. Clean room however the toiletries were empty as well as the coffee station when we arrived. Good access to the metro which is a short walk away and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre. Disappointed with the extra charge if you want to use the pool or spa on your visit despite being a hotel guest they charge you €19 per person and you have to wear flip flops which is an extra €8 charge per person.

Really great hotel for the budget, does take 30 mins into the city centre but it’s an easy journey and means you get a lot more for your money. Pool is nice as is sauna. Area feels safe.
