The hotel common areas are beautiful. Our room was lovely, the halls are quite narrow and very dark. Some of the staff was not hospitable then gave us misinformation regarding breakfast availability and when asked for additional bottled water I was told we were limited to one bottle per person per day. Not worth the cost!

Beautiful property, staff great and helpful, location excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Our room was a great size - I did notice that some of the rooms were smaller so just be aware of that and consider it when making your reservation. There is a small, but adequate gym, which was also great. They do not serve dinner, per se, but there is a good "bar menu" that is great for light fare. I recommend this hotel and I will stay there when I return to Amaterdam
