I was disappointed that there was no frig in the room. We use a frig quite a bit on a trips. Also, that there was no house phone to call the front desk. Otherwise, the room was adequate and the restroom very spacious and usable.

Lovely hotel. Small but very clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was great! Fresh fruits, delicious variety of breads, cheese and spreads. Convenient location. 15 minute walk from central train station.

We didn't have GPS on us, so it was a bit difficult to find the location. After talking to locals we finally found it! It was clean and comfortable inside the hotel. And close walking to several restaurants, the Rembrandt Museum and picturesque canals. Also the hop-on, hop-off locations. Rooms were comfy, clean and a good night sleep. It's on a busy street, but inside quiet. The next morning the street was littered with liquor bottles and vomit. This is not the hotel fault. Just a warning to tourists.

We arrived early and we were offered ice water while we waited and they got us into our room early. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was centrally located.

The hotel was very clean and up-to-date and the staff was wonderful however the amenities were very spartan (maybe it’s a European thing) but the lack of even the small things like a clock, a phone some niceties in our room was a bit disappointing especially for the amount of money paid on a nightly basis.
