Amazing Stay! Great Location!
We spent a night here and we loved it. First, the room was huge and had a balcony with a view of the canal. Nice large king size bed, Fantastic shower with waterfall head and eco friendly soaps. The host is amazing and very friendly. The next best part of the hotel is the location, it's in a quite area but so close to train and bus stations that you can get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes on the tram. There are a few local restaurants and bars on the same street as the hotel or you can take less than a 5 minute walk and you have tons of options and a very lively area with people around late into the night. The hotel had a cozy vibe, free mini bar and was a great example of a canal house. I really have no complaints about our stay, everything was perfect and we will stay here again when in Amsterdam.

I traveled with my family and baby and staff was absolutely amazing and helpful helping us carry our baggage and stroller! The room we got was small but manageable! Walking distance was great to pretty much anything. We walked everywhere but transportation was available nearby.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We had the basement room which felt like the basement room. Heard neighbor’s upstairs in and out and all around. Good coffee in rooms with a fridge. Bathroom smell from sewage came up so kept door closed. Wished we had a floor on upper levels but location is great.

Conveniently located hotel which is great for getting around, most of the tourist highlights are close by (museums etc). There are steps up into the front desk area, bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage. There is a lift to get to the rooms on the upper floors. My room was very small, as was the bathroom. For a single traveler this was fine. The bed was extremely soft, not my personal preference, and just a thin piece of foam for a mattress. There is almost no insulation on the window and this allows street noise in at night. If you are a light sleeper this may be bothersome. My room was equipped with a coffee machine and fridge which was great. The hotel supplies water, coffee pods and a few sodas. A nice perk. If you are looking for a no frills hotel to rest your head then this is a good choice.

BED SHEETS NOT WASHED
I leave hotel reviews at every hotel I visit, without fail. I stayed at this hotel in room 403. The hotel location is decent, extremely polite and helpful staff. However, the room that I was in had not changed the bedsheets for awhile. I didn't realise this until I got into bed at 11:30 pm, which is when the staff had left around 9-10 pm, and there was flemh on the bedsheets. I had no choice but to go to sleep on the other side of the bed. The bed is very soft, and it does lean down if you are sleeping towards the side. However, the main issue was that I woke up feeling very itchy. I realised when I looked at my body that I had read marks; in fact, they were bedbug bites. I have tried to upload all the photos to this review, however this website won’t allow me to show the photos of my body and all the bed bug bits I occurred or the state of the bed sheets. I personally don’t feel the bed sheets were changed for a good while When I checked out, I did kindly let the staff know about my experience, they did not offer any kind of refund, reimbursement, or discount.

No. 377 House is a very nice boutique hotel in Amsterdam. Rooms are larger than normal, and ours had a very canal view. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was a little worried about booking here because there were mixed reviews. Our stay was very pleasant, staff was friendly. King size bed was amazing and very comfortable. Air conditioner worked properly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
We stayed one night at this hotel. Parking was very convenient, although slightly pricy, but we were able to park directly across the street so the convenience was something we were happy to pay for since we had an early morning flight. The hotel is located in a great area with many tourism sites and restaurants within walking distance. The check-in area is small but the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room which was large and well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable! One star off because our TV did not work (and we found out a bit too late to report it to the receptionist since they had left for the night). But nevertheless a great hotel in a great location - would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved the location and staff. Staff listened but didn’t seem to have much say in taking steps to correct situation. However terrible strong smell of smoking cig and other stuff in room. Housekeeping came but did not clean well Wouldn’t take used cups etc.

Exterior of property does not look good. Graffiti on walls and the balcony view of the canal consisted mostly of trash cans overflowing with garbage. But I could see the canal… Broken toilet in bathroom, stains on carpeting and scratches requiring touchup paint, and baseboards look dirty. Cigarette burn hole and water stains on upholstery. On the positive side, the hotel manager was very nice and apologetic about the bathroom issue. Good location, but look elsewhere. There are better properties near the museums.
