The only good thing about the hotel is being in the center of the town. No elevator, tiny stairway, no shower, no toilet in the rooms. Outrageous cancelation cost.

Avoid at all costs. Dangerous and careless.
This place is awful. The person who checked me in was either high or just didnt give a crap. The room was atrocious but that is not even my issue. The tv didn't work, I can love with that. However, the door to the room would not close when I wanted to leave. I had to almost take off my fingers to get it to close. I was locked in the bathroom on the second floor for a half hour. The lock must have jammed and I spent that half hour in a windowless hot bathroom trying to jiggle the door knob and handle to get out. When I checked out I told the staff about these issues, and she was either high or just didnt give a crap. She didn't write anything down about the room lock or the bathroom lock to tell management. This place is a fire hazard and I really hope someone doesnt die because of their negligence. Shame on them.

Moldy shower no elevator
The room was small but comfortable enough. There are only stairs to get to your room so if you have heavy liggage it might now work. The shower and bath room was very moldy and smelled pretty bad

Clean rooms, nice ambiance. We had a 3-story walk up with stairs narrow enough to kill an average-portioned-american, or at least stop them. I felt like the location was okay, it was across the street from many "cafes." Bathrooms were too cramped for you to sit on the toilet and close the door to the bathroom. The whole room stank like sewer too.

When we booked our stay, it did not mention anywhere that we would have to share a bathroom. The sheets and towels were dirty and the shower had mold in it. The light in the bathroom turned off every 30seconds.

I did not stay here after seeing how dirty the room was. The staff is claiming they offered me breakfast for the inconvenience which is false. I was told to contact the reservations department and I’ll get my refund but now they refuse to. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

They had a computer issue, so when we arrived, we were told we had to go to another property and they did not offer to pay for the taxi there. It was a nicer hotel than the Quentin arrive, but not located near transportation and required and taxi in the morning which they did pay for when we asked, so all in all we spent more money than we wanted to. We stayed at the Quentin England, which was a lovely property. they included breakfast for the inconvenience.
