The accommodation was exceptional on all levels. The staff were beyond helpful, upgrading our room, helping with directions and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. There were plenty of eateries to select from and the MJ musical was excellent. it was extremely convenient to stay so close to the theatre. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

The accommodation was beautiful. The free upgrade was appreciated too. The room was clean. We had the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was great in parts but underwhelming in others. The pancakes were tiny and soggy. The crepes were good but filled with Nutella so not great for allergy kids. A recent trip to Sofitel in darling Harbour had waffles, pancakes, French toast for the kids with a whole section. I think it could be better for kids.

Staff were slow floor we stayed on smelt of damp and mould, they tried to over charge on services we didn't have and tried to downgrade room and said it was the same as we had booked
