The apartment was spacious, had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Having access at the hotel to rental bikes was a bonus. There was very nice outdoor space. Very clean and responsive staff. Furniture was good. For our purposes the apartment with hotel type amenities was better value that renting a home.

This is an apartment hotel. Great for longer stays but realize that it’s not a hotel with daily towel or bed changing services. That being said, it’s great for what it is. Beautiful apartments that I would stay in again.

Loved that this is a rehabbed property made up of several historical buildings. The property is very unique! Excellent location! Quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was sound. Old building = less soundproofing.

It was my daughter’s birthday at our check in date. Ieva noticed it: upgraded our accommodations and when we got to the room there was a card and a box of candy for my daughter. It was a very nice surprise. Thank you! We loved our stay. Comfortable apartment, nice safe surroundings with public transportation and grocery store near by. Laundry in the room was a bonus.

I absolutely loved everything about staying here. The area around the facility is great! It is just outside Amsterdam Center, so it is not too crazy with tourists. The neighborhood is basically surrounding the University of Amsterdam, so it has a cool vibe with students, nice places to eat, etc. If you want to go to the Holocaust Museums, they are all around this area (except the Anne Frank House). It is also a short walk, Tram ride or Uber drive into the Center where Adam Square and all the tourist sites are located. The hotel itself is renovated, clean, modern with great furnishings, etc. the staff was wonderful! Overall staying here was awesome!

Liked: nice room; had 2 beds and 2 baths, so lots of space; can walk to all areas of centrum within 30 minutes; nice place overall! Disliked: earliest check in time was 4:00 pm (very late) and we couldn’t get our room until 5:30 pm! They blamed it all on other customers that checked out late and lack of cleaning staff. After complaining, we were offered a bottle of wine. That’s it!
