Absolutely fantastic stay so clean and comfortable Had everything we needed in the room and the staff were lovely Easy walk to dine and shop

Felt like an inconvenience at check in. Just asked for my card to pay the bond. No directions to which lift or anything. Bedside tables were dirty. No parking available. Rubbish service at the bar, could have spent more money. I Have stayed multiple times at this hotel & it’s the first time I have had such a poor experience….. maybe it’s because I booked through WOTIF? But for what we paid I definitely had higher expectations.

Lovely place to stay... area is a little questionable with a younger kid but I knew the area before booking so knew that was likely but wanted to warn others that may not know
