The GM was a sweetheart andvery nice and accommodating, but she can only work with what she is given. We stayed 5 nights - too long! There was a problem EVERY day. The only elevator broken. Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in. There were urine stains in & on the toilet, there was a layer of dust on the microwave and mini fridge, trash on the floor and behind the fridge, greasy smudges on the mirrors behind the beds, toilet stopped up- twice, key card didn’t work3 evenings when we returned- our room was on the second floor at the complete opposite end of the hall from the elevator. A key card that did not work was very inconvenient and annoying.Water in bath tub “ streamed”, if turned off hard enough to stop the stream, the knob was VERY difficult to turn back on. The location is horriblle

Staff was not very friendly. We picked this location due to closeness to airport and availability of shuttle. Then found out last shuttle was at 10 pm. Room was hot and loud.

our door was open when we arrived. We soon realized it was because the room key device in the door handle didn't work. I reported this to the front desk, but they told me i had to hold the handle up. That didn't work either. i had no trouble getting into the laundry room, so that tells me the room door key entry system was broken. the security arm was also broken for our room door. I am appreciative of the laundry room, plus only needed one cycle to dry, so the machines worked well. Also appreciated the 24 hour coffee and the lemon water in the lobby. Airport shuttle was much appreciated, too, and ran on time.

Blood stains on mattress; moved to a second room, AC did not work. Gentleman came in and opened the window which would have been ok but no screen on the window. This facility gives all new meaning to “cheap motel.”

Really bad hotel
The room was absolutely disgusting. The stench of cigarette smoke hit me the moment I walked in, and the walls were coated in grime as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were either already used or barely filled, which was just gross. When I turned on the water in the tub, dirt immediately pooled around the drain, and to make it worse, the shower had hair in it, clearly showing it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets on the bed had a small red stain that looked suspiciously like blood. On top of all that, I had to get my room key reprogrammed three times because their door system kept wiping it. It was one of the most unhygienic and poorly maintained places I’ve ever stayed.

The rooms were fabulous and I’d love stay again for longer. A bit of a hiccup with the free shuttle. I couldn’t find anywhere in booking or website where to meet the shuttle so rang the Baymont Inn reservations number and ended up with a lady persistently trying to upsell me rather than just giving me the information I was after so I had to be quite abrupt and say I wasn’t interested in extra nights, stays at other properties, we were tired and just wanted to get to the hotel. For others in this predicament the shuttle picks up from the passenger pick up area across from door 6. The shuttle also only fits 4 passengers plus luggage and there was ourselves and two others trying to use the service but because we had rang to clarify the pick up spot by default we booked the service for our group of 4 so the other 2 people had to wait for the shuttle come back for them.
