The service wasnā€™t close to professional at all, they allowed multiple people to cut in front while I waited 10 plus minutes to be checked in. The lobby was extremely loud which made it very hard to hear what was being said. The room wasnā€™t clean there was another persons hair in the shower all over the walls and floor. The bedding also had hair in the sheets. It felt as if it wasnā€™t cleaned before my arrival. Also a half drank water was left behind right by the tv.

The room was clean. The saff in the cafeteria specially the cook and anoher spanish lady in the kitchen were very nice. A mouse kept coming out in the cafeteria and I just couldn't enjoy my breakfast. There was a wedding and it was just too much going on that weekend. But the mice situation needs to be addressed.
