Marvellous Mogons
This is our second time at. Mogons exclusive and it didn’t disappoint. We love it’s central location modern decor and good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to returning next year

A very nice experience. Scrub in the hamam followed by massage was amazing. Just one kind suggestion: provide fresh orange juice (or at least a high quality non-fresh) with the otherwise excellent breakfast.

I am a frequent visitor to Kalkan and have stayed in most properties . I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions. Firstly I would like to say that this hotel is the best value for money . The rooms are clean comfortable and modern . For some reason this hotel is never too busy . Customers tend to stay for short stays only . There is a happy atmosphere and the staff are so welcoming . I have stayed in other accommodations but the breakfast here is just right in quality and quantity . Offering choices of cheeses, meats , olives , fruits , cakes and pastries as much as you like . Coffee , tea and juice are also available . The rooms have modern tvs and a fridge where you can keep your own drinks cool and tea and coffee and a kettle are within each room . The views are good from all rooms (some have a better partial sea view and some a full panoramic view .) Mogons is a street away from the main town and top of the old town . It might be a slight incline for those with mobility issues but what you save in cost of the rooms a taxi up is still cheaper overall. The location is quieter and you get a good nights sleep . Close enough to bars etc but far enough to get a decent nights sleep . In busier hotels you may have a problem getting a sun bed . Not so here . Also most rooms have a small balcony to sit out on . There is a small bar inside and a bar on the roof terrace where breakfast is served with panoramic views . Perfect value for those on a budget.

This hotel is very convenient right in the middle of town but yet not in very noisy part of it. Lovely and quiet. Clean and comfortable. The manager Irem Hanım Spoke great English and was very helpful to us. Clean, comfortable and convenient and didn’t coast as much as similar hotels. Loved it . The terrace to have breakfast has amazing view and breakfast was fresh and delicious. I recommend it to those who wants to stay right in town

A new hotel clean and great location. The bar area is not stocked. No lunch offered. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly and helpful but the hotel lacks a “heart”. Possibly as it is new the place is it efficient. A shame because we have been coming to Kalkan for more than 25 years andhave sampled many hotels. The manager was constantly on his phone, and appeared indifferent towards his guests. The staff at breakfast were charming. Rooms are comfortable, and it was a good deal.

A perfect week
This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Kalkan and we went with Mogons Exclusive based on reviews we saw and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel was always clean and our room was cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly helpful. From providing beach club recommendations to taking photos of us in the evening before we went out, nothing was ever too much trouble. They provided restaurant recommendations and even got us a last minute reservation somewhere! They also kindly arranged our transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip where all the rooftop and marina restaurants are located. We also weren’t too far up the hill so we avoided the need to spend money each night on taxis! It is also about a 10/15 min taxi drive to Kaputas beach. We absolutely loved our stay here and will no doubt be back at some point.

Modern hotel, comfortable, not too far up the hill
This hotel is was built and opened relatively recently so is new and modern. The lobby has some lovely furniture and decor of the hotel has been thought out and a lot spent on it. Rooms are decorated to the same standard with quirky light fittings. Comfortable bed. Room was a little on the small side, as was the bathroom, but adequate. All rooms have balconies. Good sized fridge in room with kettle and mugs. Around 10 sun loungers at the pool but hardly ever used as most people go to the beach or beach clubs. 10 minutes walk all the way down to the harbour. Around 3 minutes to first supermarket, restaurants and bars as you go downhill so not far which made everything walkable. Uphill on the way back but not too bad. £2 for a taxi from the harbour if you didn’t want to walk it. It was a shame we were only given one room card as it meant the room wasn’t air conditioned when we were out as we needed to take the room key with us. It has a chip in it to activate the electric and air con in the room so once removed it got hot quickly. Communal areas not air conditioned which made it stifling and stuffy when you left your room and hot after the walk up hill in afternoons or evenings. Only downside was that our shower leaked and we missed the cleaning service on most days - the cleaners wouldn’t come if you weren’t out by 11 most days. Breakfast was until 10.30 so we went back in the room after and missed the cleaning service. Would have been nice for them to come back later.

Gorgeous Boutique Hotel
We stopped her for one night and wish we had more time to spend at this stunning boutique hotel. This hotel is superb from the outside and gorgeous on the inside. It's very modern and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and with all the amenities you can think of. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. All areas of the hotel are immaculate and sanitized to comply with COVID-19 regulations. The breakfast was of delicious variety of traditional Turkish breakfast food with a good selection of freshly cut fruits. I must mention that the breakfast is served in the top floor which has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the gorgeous coast of Kalkan... you would wsnt to take your time eating your breakfast to take in and enjoy the views. The service; from check-in to check-out, was impeccable and with a smile. Irem, the owner of the hotel is friendly, always with a welcoming smile and ready to help. I most definitely recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay. We will certainly return for a longet stay.
