Property was clean, staff was friendly and willing to assisit. Breakfast was good, wide variety to choose from, however tea cups were too small, and waiters took a bit long to bring tea to table ( lack of communication fostered that).

With three options of pools, ping pong tables, lots of kids games even in the pool they organize fun games at a certain time. Staff makes a big effort to make you comfortable and happy. Very easy parking on the premises and on Saturday they have a traditional Guatemalan food buffet for purchase.

The property, the service was absolutely amazing but very upset that we pay for dinners with our reservation for 2 nights and the hotel decided the food they give us and it was horrible, the dessert was a dry out Brownie so the second night we went out to eat when we talk to the chef, the service desk and someone else all they say was sorry.

Wonderful!
Amazing!! The gardens are spectacular, and Domingo was kind enough to tell us all about the plants. Our room (room 235) had a lovely balcony with a stunning view of the volcano. Sitting out there made the busy city feel miles away. Overall, a truly special property.

Overall the place was great.. my only issue was with laundry... which was charged in dollars, instead of Quetzales without letting me know. The charge was pretty significantfor a handful of clothes.. the charges sheet didnt specify it was dollars, so when in my mind I did the math (in quetzales), the total was pretty reasonable till we checked out and were informed the charges to our roon was in dollars. Other than that, it was a pretty nice experience.

Nice, quiet. Arrived early left phone number to be call when room was ready never received call to made aware that room was ready. However, on the day of checkout received called to made us aware that if we checkout late there would be a checkout late fee. Also we had arrangements to be pick up to be taken to a different town and we were informed by the driver that they are not allowed to go inside to pickup the passengers unless they pay a fee. Positive was the nice lady that sells Guatemalan purses,bracets and many more items.
