All door handles, knobs, fridge, stove, microwave every sink, toilet, bedroom, table, main room surfaces, window ledges etc. will be sanitized. Our Beach house is a 5 minute walk down Tide Avenue to beach access or 3 minutes by car. This large open light and bright, 2000 sq. ft. Oceanfront Beach House features spectacular views of Arch Cape, Castle Rock, Tillamook Head Lighthouse, Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock and Cape Falcon. Views, views and more views. Located at the south end of Falcon Cove Beach. It has floor to ceiling windows with an open, bright and sunny, great room floor plan. There are ocean views from every window in this house. Nesting eagles can be seen near the southern tip of Falcon Cove where the cabin is located. A private location that is bright and sunny with a tree house feel. Beach access is just one long block down on Tide Avenue. Parking is available at the beach access also. Nestled in the forest of Oswald West State Park, facing the ocean.
Many trails are nearby. The Oregon Coast Trail crosses Falcon Cove Road.
This beach house is in secluded Falcon Cove between Cannon Beach and Manzanita, both 7 mi or 11 km away. Just minutes from surfing at Oswald State Park.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi and landline phone. No TV screen so bring your laptop for streaming. Parking fits 4 cars. Very private on two large forested lots.
Sleeping accommodates 4 people. It has one double bed, two queen beds, one with a twin bunk above. Extra linens and new towels in the laundry room linen closet. Extra blankets and pillows in each closet. There are three new mattresses and mattress covers. New bed linens, new duvet and covers, new pillows, new blankets for each room. New paint and new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and new pots and pans and a new microwave. New AC Heat pump for heating and cooling and no more fossil fuels in this home.
There is a sunset viewing deck on the lower level with two side tables and four chairs. This quiet, peaceful retreat has a wood burning fireplace with wood provided. Enjoy our record player, Bluetooth tuner, piano, books, games and puzzles. There is not a TV. The dining table is large plus an extra folding table behind piano for crafts, games and puzzles. The large, open kitchen has all the necessary appliances, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. This includes a microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder and toaster. Lots of dishware and utensils for dinners or cooking or baking. The First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguishers are in the kitchen and laundry room. For young children please bring a baby gate for stairway.
Sorry no dishwasher, no smoking inside, no TV and no pets allowed.

Cozy home in a stunning setting!
Such a lovely well-loved home in a stunning setting! The house was cozy with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It's a perfect getaway for anyone, especially those who love a rustic house perched on a forested cliff with lots of windows that overlook the wild Pacific. Arch Cape is a great location, close to the cute town of Cannon Beach and several beautiful state parks with terrific hiking.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at the Livermore house. We had such a wonderful time we already booked for next year! This house has everything you could ever want in a vacation home at the beach, minus a tv which in my opinion makes it all the better. We fully utilized the completely stocked kitchen for most of our meals. The beach is a very short walk and we love the beach nearby. We went to Ecola park and hiked down to the beach as well as Hug Point. The house has plenty of room and is so welcoming. The host is very quick to respond and no issues whatsoever with check in or out. I can't recommend this house more highly!

Magical Cabin in the Woods
The Livermore Cabin is exactly as pictured and described. Rustic, cozy, warm, and familiar vibes throughout the property. Lots of special touches, like the original site map, the fantastically-stocked kitchen, and the memorial to departed family members. Centrally located between Cannons Beach and Manzanita, this sylvan sanctuary was the perfect home base for my cousins and I to enjoy all the sights of the coast and enjoy amazing sunsets while tucked up next to a crackling fire. Offshore Grill has the best chowder and is definitely worth the drive. Nice little selection of vinyl- mostly classical, but a few pop gems in the mix. Lots of books to read, too, and a piano to play in case the weather isnt cooperative. We really enjoyed our stay and our rustic Oregon experience in the trees. few pop jgems in there. from my

Our favorite beach getaway
We absolutely love this property. The views are spectacular, and the house is quiet and secluded but still close to all the fun in Cannon Beach and Manzanita. The owners are great to work with and keep the house very clean. Also, the beds are very comfortable! We’ve stayed there three years in a row and plan to continue to visit every summer.

Amazing View, Beautiful Beach
This cozy cabin is so lovely. It's like stepping back in time. The homeowners have everything you could possibly need from ziplocs, beach towels, lovely sheets, paper towels, etc. We had a wonderful walk down to the beach (be prepared for steep hill but we needed the workout). The beach is pristine and gorgeous and you could drive down and have a picnic that would not include the walk back up. Thank you for the amazing stay!

The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipt. The location is excellent.. we walked down to the beach, close to Hug Beach, etc. It's a great place to stay with lots of room for everyone. The big windows have salt or some light film on them that hinders the view. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there and the hosts were great.

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt secluded and hidden in the woods, yet close enough to Cannon Beach to enjoy doing tourist things like venturing out to HaystacknRock, examining tidal pools and the creatures that live in them. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. Gloriously private, the sound of the ocean in every single spot of the house, an AMAZING view outside of every window! The bedding and mattresses are luxurious, and the kitchen has everything you could want to cook full meals and more. Many many games, puzzles, and neat things like binoculars and tide charts. It is a place just radiating love and family history. The creaky floors added to the charm, in our opinion. This is not the place for you if you have mobility problems--no wheelchair access, steep stairs, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. But if you are mobile, you will love it, as well as the (slightly scary) nearby beach access (hardly populated at all) as well as the very quick drive to Cannon Beach with its fun touristy main street and easy beach access. We are already starting to save up to come here again.

The view was spectacular. The greenery around the house is stunning. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were also comfortable. Best Beds Ever!
House has an old beach cabin vibe with creaky, uneven floors, old windows and an incredible view. Owners have put thought into making your visit comfortable - it's well equipped (glasses, plates, cookware, towels, etc.), looks to have a relatively new heat pump that worked well and has the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in a rental. Only one shower but good water pressure and shower head.

Our family of 4 ventured from New Mexico to the Oregon coast to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college. Instead of staying in the city, we opted for this lovely, magical space on the coast. The home has a stunning perspective of the ocean nestled amongst the trees. Each window frames a beautiful scene, with plenty of seating options to enjoy. It felt like stepping back in time in the best way - we enjoyed the absence of tv, listening to the provided classical music on the record player, puzzling and the wood burning fireplace. The place is lovingly decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Really felt like this house holds many lovely memories of friends and family and we appreciate being able to experience it for a long weekend.

My wife grew up going to a cottage on Lake Michigan and this home has all of the charm and je ne sais qoui of that cottage. Floor to ceiling windows looking out on the most spectacular setting, a kitchen full of cooking appliances passed down that work wonderfully and have such nostalgia, a great fireplace and sitting place in front of it for reading or just basking, wonderful puzzles and games, and tons of books (as well as a book on birds, binoculars to locate local birds, a tide chart, etc.). 5 stars out of 5 stars on EVERY possible rating for this gem. Book it - you will not be disappointed. At least not if you like quiet, solitude, and the beauty of nature being let in to all of your senses 🤗

The location is amazing. We were overlooking a beautiful beach. We spent mornings hiking through the rainforest and afternoons (low tide for us) on the beach finding tidepools. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. We warmed up by the fire at night. Overall a lovely stay.

This home has beautiful views of the wooded area and ocean...Cozy yet, open and spacious. It was stocked well with books, games, puzzles…So fun to have a piano! We arrived and there was plenty of firewood for us to build the best fires each chilly evening...The house was very clean, which is first and foremost important to me...It had all the necessities to cook with and everything was right where you would think it should be. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and stocked with necessities. Bedrooms were lovely too, comfortable beds and views for everyone.
