Um paraĆ­so no meio da Camarga! Toda a Ć”gua , vegetaĆ§Ć£o autĆ³ctone e animais (cavalos, flamingos, Martas etc) totalmente integrados no hotel e bem junto das nossas villas! Pequeno almoƧo muito completo e zona da piscina linda. JĆ” era a nossa segunda vez neste hotel. Iremos voltar!

Belle chambre familiale mais pas pratique avec des enfants (5 ans pour la petite) car la chambre des enfants est Ć  l'Ć©tage et accessible via un escalier qui ressemble plus Ć  une Ć©chelle. Pour le reste, belle dĆ©co et belle terrasse. Piscine avec vue sur le marais. L'ensemble est trĆØs beau et trĆØs agrĆ©able. Restaurant un peu too much au vu du reste de l'hĆ“tel : on pouvait se passer des noeuds papillons et des cloches sur les plats. Une faute de goĆ»t : la pub pour la boutique de l'hĆ“tel affichĆ©e dans les toilettes...

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Herausragendes Personal, wunderschƶne Aussenanlage, eigener Sitzplatz mit Sitzecke und HƤngematte, super Essen und trotzdem sehr gemĆ¼tlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Intenetverbindung ist sehr schlecht. Es war kaum mƶglich E-Mails zu lesen.

Cadre magnifique et calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment des prestations exceptionnelles. Tout le personnel, que ce soit Ć  l'accueil ou au petit dĆ©jeuner, est d'une gentillesse, agrĆ©able, souriant, Ć  l'Ć©coute, "aux petits soins". Mais trĆØs grande dĆ©ception quand mĆŖme : la chambre "best price" ne rĆ©pond ABSOLUMENT pas Ć  un 5 Ć©toiles. Elle ne devrait mĆŖme pas ĆŖtre proposĆ©e aux clients, mĆŖme Ć  un prix "best price" et ce n'est pas visible sur le site d'Hotels.com (ni au niveau des explications, ni au niveau des photos). C'est tout juste Ć  la hauteur d'un 2 Ć©toiles : meuble tĆ©lĆ© vieux et dĆ©labrĆ© sur lequel est posĆ© un bout de tissu, cache pile de tĆ©lĆ©commande de la tĆ©lĆ©vision manquant, table d'appoint bancale,matelas Ć  ressort pas trĆØs confortable, propretĆ© trĆØs approximative (poil dans le lavabo, moustiquaire sale), passage pour rentrer dans la douche non rĆ©glementaire (mĆŖme pas 60 cm),... et la liste est encore longue. Heureusement que le cadre (piscine + jacuzzi), l'environnement (le lac et la vue) et le professionnalisme du personnel rattrape l'Ć©norme dĆ©ception liĆ©e Ć  la chambre.

La struttura presenta uno stile gradevole in linea con le altre costruzioni basse della Camargue immerse nella natura. Nel caso specifico lo stagno adiacente e le sue caratteristiche canne palustri che lo circondano ricordano in ogni momento il luogo particolare di questa area del sud della Francia. Das Hotel liegt wunderschƶn an einem kleinen Etang und ist aufs Beste ausgestattet.Am Pool hat es genĆ¼gend Sonnenschirme und man geniesst die Ruhe. Zimmer und Verpflegung sind ausgezeichnet. Einziger Makel: Das Abendessen muss man im Sommer wegen der vielen MĆ¼cken drinnen einnehmen.
