Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was difficult to park. No breakfast due to water but could have been given with a little thought.

In all fairness we were staying a month after the hurricane, but the carpets were dirty and worn. Asheville had no drinking water. The hotel gave us one bottle of drinking water for a three day stay. The breakfast was very sparse. Even with the water issue, they could have served more options. The staff was very indifferent.

The Weekend
In town for a couples weekend and a wedding. This hotel was a fantastic location an allowed us to get every where we needed to be within 20min or less. The staff were friendly and had some great recommendations for us as well. We will definitely stay again.

I made a reservation. I paid for the room. I drove all day. When I get there, desk clerk said all rooms are booked EVEN THOUGH I PAID AND HAVE A RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Driving home, we were in an accident thanks to them. More will follow.

A huge grocery store was just a short walk from the hotel. An outlet mall was across the street and gas stations nearby. A list of dining, activities and places of interest was given at check in. A large map of the Asheville area was mine for the taking. As a female Senior citizen traveling alone during Hurricane Helene I was so happy to be staying there. I have no complaints.
