We have stayed at JW quite a few times, and this stay was our worst experience to date. Poor customer service, breakfast waiting times excessive, pool service poor, chicken served partially uncooked, seafood not fresh (prawns rubbery and oyster kilpatrick served cold) It seems that more attention is being being focused on over cramming the hotel with maximum guests to make larger profits, than concentrating on each guests individual needs being met to make them feel important. Will think twice about staying her again!

Amazing experience from check in through to check out. The staff are all so helpful and patient and the hotel is so clean and well kept. The facilities and options for children entertainment made our stay so enjoyable in this luxurious hotel. We can’t wait to stay again!

The biggest swimming pool 5 star hotel in the gold coast also the best bathroom with awesome shower and huge bathtub. Also the best ocean view and the pool from level 12. The only thing that I did not like the bed was not comfortable at all the double bed was too soft and the pillow also too thin which they should provide a good quality comfortable queen bed as well as all the pillows.
