Amazing property, with excellent staff and service! The hotel is very modern, with interesting art everywhere.The restaurant was great. The valet very attentive. And let’s not forget that is a pet-friendly hotel, which seemed to make everyone around happier. There is a social hour from 5 to 6. The only observation I have is that the mattresses need to be flipped from time to time, as I seem to be sinking in a hole made by all the previous guests who preferred the same side of the bed ! Asheville is still recovering after Hurricane Helene, but experiences like staying at Kimpton Arras and feeling taken care of and appreciated can only bring the tourists back !

This is a beautiful hotel and so convenient to downtown. The staff is excellent. I only gave it four stars for facility because I am not a fan of barn door for bathrooms. Otherwise, top of the line. The coffee service in the morning is lovely.
