The staff were extremely courteous. We loved the heated bathroom floor and the wooden room keys. The location and parking were convenient. The larger room we reserved was not available, so they gave us free breakfast coupons. The food was incredibly delicious and the portions were large. We felt lucky to have received the breakfast over the sofa.

This hotel was WAY nicer than I expected. They have Netflix on the TV (sign in with your own account). The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would recommend this place without hesitation.

Central location with great views
From room 1102 we had probably the best view that the hotel can offer towards the Vancouver Lookout. Although the building is taller, only the first 11 floors are available as a hotel, therefore we got the highest floor possible. Everything in the room was new, clean and nice, with the added comfort of underfloor heating in the bathroom. The only downside was the AC not providing enough warmth, therefore we requested a separate room heater, which was provided immediately with no issue. Our breakfast was delicious every morning. The concierge staff was always eager to help.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get an early check in and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade! The room was beautiful and very quiet! The bed was so comfy, I slept soundly! Thank you! 10/10 rating from me! I’ll definitely come back!

Great hotel within downtown!
The hotel staff everywhere were amicable and professional throughout my stay. The hotel is kept very clean and has nice decor. The location of the hotel makes it very easy to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants, and the waterfront also is within easy walking distance. It's also within walking distance of a Skytrain stop too. I like to visit Vancouver a lot and I've stayed here on more than one occasion on those trips and they always deliver a wonderful experience!

Great sleep…unusual floor plan!
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The room, while lovely, had an unusual floor plan that made walking around the end of the bed difficult, particularly in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we loved it and would definitely stay here again…just not in the same room!

Loved the security of the sidewalk entrance way with the door staff and secure elevators. Rooms were beautiful and loved the quality soaps, complementary water etc. we will be back, liked it better than the Fairmont waterfront.
