The staff at the reception are excellent. The management,especially the night manager,is not suitable for this position. The room I stayed in was not cleaned. When I asked for the manager,the answer I got were very indifferent..in short,the staf is excellent. Zero management.indifference. I will never used used this hotel when I come to come Samsun again.

Very average stay. The hotel corridors smelled like cigarettes and it was a little messy. We left our room for the entire day and came to find out it wasnā€™t cleaned.. it was strange since the hotel didnā€™t seem full at all..

Pathetic service
Worst experience, I booked 2 junior suits and hotel management tried to gave me standard room, they have been lying for 2 hours that those are junior suits, I showed them pictures of what I booked and after that they said that actually they have already sold junior suits, I asked them to reimburse me the difference that is about half of what I paid, but they said that they cannot, I will have to stay in standard room after paying for junior suits, what can be worst then this, pathetic service

Karşılaşma gĆ¼zeldi. GĆ¼ler yĆ¼zle karşılandık. Otelin konumu Ƨok iyidi. Sahile sıfır yeri gĆ¼zel ama araƧ parkı iƧin yoğunluktan sorun yasadik biraz. Klima Ƨalışmıyordu. Sonradan defalarca sƶyleyince yapıldı. Minibar soğutmuyordu. En kƶtĆ¼sĆ¼ de temizlik oda hiƧ temiz değildi.
