It’s a nice property. My only complaint is there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The common areas are very nice and comfortable. I would also suggest potpourri or something to make the place smell nice.

Indigo Hotels hits differently. Walking up to the property you hear music......walking into the property you see people socializing in the restaurant, then you are warmly greeted by the Front desk staff. The decor immediately catches your eyes and makes you pause and smile, then your room brings it all home. The style choices are interesting, comfortable and inviting. I will be back....... Maybe tonight.

Nice hotel overall. But once again, this hotel advertises a hot tub, they have one outside beside the pool but it was closed. Once again another hotel isn’t forthcoming with their amenities. We would have booked somewhere that had an operational hot tub had we’d known this one was closed

Second stay at the property. Great location for us visiting family. Unfortunately on this stay, due to construction next door, the hot water boiler was down and we couldn’t take showers. But all together, we love the property. Thank you.

The hotel is amazing. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is super clean. Room is spacious. The only downfall is that the restaurant downstairs stopped service at around 8 or 830 even though it says it's supposed to be open until 10. That's the only issue i had during the stay.

Unfortunately the hotel would not assist me in getting my booking dates changed to next month. I was redirected to two other websites that also did not provide any assistance. My reservation went on without me. I never checked in nor did I physically go to the hotel as I live 2 hours away. No one from the hotel reached out or sent any kind of email, phone call or message showing concern. Now the booking is complete and the dates cannot be changed. I do not recommend the customer service I received during this experience to anyone. They made me feel like they were taking care of my issue but never provided any follow up information or anything at all. ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS ON YOUR PHONE/ TABLET/ IPAD whatever you have..I promise you will need them for proof/ reference.
