I've stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Swimming in the adults only pool was wonderful. Check-in was courteous as was check-out (some of the other punters were not as kind to the staff as they could have been). Breakfasts were very good. The downstairs bar supplies generous servings of 'snack' food. Very comfortable bed. I'm coming back in a couple of months.

I normally stay away from hotel rooms because of the noise. I am a light sleeper and people coming and going all night makes for a miserable experience. However… I was in the main part of the hotel, and I can honestly say I didn’t hear a single thing until 845 in the morning. I managed to sleep which is the highest recommendation I can give. Fresh rooms, and no weird air freshener smells. Staff were very helpful and let us check in at 2pm so we could make it to our 3pm wedding. I would definitely recommend.

Dirty blinds, a full length mirror would have been great, more suitable towel hanging option in bathroom. Full length window in bathroom lacked privacy. Pineapple juice at breakfast would be a great option.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional, especially the restaurant staff, who were amazing and attentive. However, the hotel was very crowded, especially the pool area, which was always packed with guests. There were no activities for adults, making it quite boring for us. The food was not very tasty, and the buffet area was extremely congested and chaotic. This hotel is very suitable and enjoyable for families with kids, but we missed the thoughtful touch of receiving a welcome gift or gesture, which we usually experience at other places we visit. Personally, I don’t think I would stay here again, except for pure relaxation and doing nothing.

Great place to take the kids. The only down side was the staff in the brewery cafe and dinning near the kids pool. They were rude and and not very helpful. Other than that it was a great experience and we would stay again.

The staff were amazing. The facilities were amazi g my kids loved the pool area. The bar and grill is a must.

Family Haven
Wonderful family friendly accommodation, lots of family activites available including the pool and waterpark. Excellent location central to Hunter Valley Gardens (Xmas lights in summer), wineries, eateries, choc factories etc. Everyone enjoyed the breakfasts and the coffees - and the staff here were all particularly helpful and friendly.
