Pros: The shuttle service was timely and driver helpful with luggage and very friendly. Close drive to airport. Spacious room with sitting area. Comfortable bed. Convenient to highway access. Luggage carts readily available. Overnight airport stay Cons: no toilet paper or tissue in room when we checked in at night. After a few hrs the front desk had to get some for us herself (very thankful!). Nightly parking fee. Layout of the bathroom is not ideal (minimal privacy, counter space and warmth). Limited options for room service menu.

My Favorite Hotel
The Kimpton is the best hotel for price, and updated rooms. The front desk staff always helpful, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. The food was exceptional and enjoyed the 5 - 6pm 2 free glasses of wine for hotel guests. Highly Recommend

The staff would never actually answer the phones and when they did they would not speak to me point where they would just hang up. I asked for two blankets they were both brought an hour apart and each took an hour to get to the room. There was no microwave. We had toilet issues. We were mislead by the descriptions, and the room was nothing like the descriptions. The pool was absolutely disgusting. The staff was kind in person but over the phone there was no help. Even to do with the shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport. We were never picked up even though I had called more than once like instructed.
