Room was nice but the shower’s grout on the floor and walls weren’t cleaned. Didn’t receive our bags until an hour after checking them in a valet. Manager Shai was really nice in trying to resolve these issues .

Our room ending up being very nice and spacey for a king size one bed room. The bed was very cozy itself. Very clean room. The water pressure for the shower was amazing! Nice and hot. The Ramsey bar and grill is way too expensive for very small portions. The casino staff was not helpful at all when I had an issue with the slot machine. I sat there for 2 hours with my money stuck in machine until I called casino staff myself on the phone. Not a great experience with the casino itself!!

I loved and enjoyed my stay.I wish there were people on the casino floor who were knowledgeable about how to use the machine . My husband and i had not been to Ac in yrs and a lot has changed as far as the machines so. I lost moneydye to not getting machine to work. And lost bet some how. But thats my fault. But it would've been nice if i could've gotten a tutorial. Lol the other thing our floor had a wrird smell . But once inside our spacious rm. It was great stay. We are in the process of booking another stay very soon.

came to Atlantic City for the first time and chose this hotel, hoping to celebrate my birthday. When I checked in I confidently said that today was my birthday, to which the girl seemed to me to have noted something on the computer, but nothing was received from the hotel, but that's not the point! I was more surprised by the security in this hotel. There are a lot of homeless people and other people around. When we were playing in the casino one man grabbed us by the heads from behind and shouted something and at the same time he pestered everyone passing by, there was no security at that moment. I also didn't like the staff of this hotel, they were quite arrogant and very slow, it seemed that everyone was tired and I didn't notice any friendly smiles ;( If I come next time, it will definitely not be here, although I had high stakes for this place.

Ordered an ocean view room but had the view of a building. When we first arrived at the hotel the room wasn’t ready (it was 4:30) and they said “unfortunately check in is between 4-8 so we have within those hours to provide a room” imagine staying somewhere for the night and waiting until 8 to get a room. I told the lady at the counter we weren’t aware of this (having stayed in AC so many times before and that not being the case) — but we also had an ice cream cake with us for our friends birthday. So she gave us a room that was supposed to be of equal value, I confirmed with her multiple times that it would be exactly the same as the one I booked, she assured it was - it was not and when I called to the front desk they acted like they couldn’t do anything and said I’d have to come down and speak to a manager..ridiculous
