For a Tuesday in December off season. Parking was outrageously priced for guests. The room I booked was not available because off heat issues, and they said I was upgraded but there was zero upgrade. Overall it was just an unpleasant experience. I'll visit other casinos before returning to stay here.

I was not able to enjoy playing the joker poker machines. The glare of the overhead lights made it very difficult to see the screens. I had not been to AC in years and will not be returning. The boardwalk is a mesh, there are no places to eat. We do not order family style nor eat large amounts of rice.Coming in off the highway the entire area looks like a slum.I also was not given the room I reserved. I reserved two rooms in the west tower. I was put in the north tower. the room had no warmth to it at all. I would like to thank you for turning use off to the casino experience. We honestly came home and shredded our casino cards and will never enter a casino again.The days of it being entertainment are long gone. i am sorry to say it is nothing but a money grab in the casinos favor.
