The worse hotel stay in my entire life, I asked to change my room and that was denied. On the website the photos is what I paid for but when I arrived it was nothing of the sort. This hotel had a strong smell with the floors to the main entrance 1 floor was so slippery I almost fell and this solution they must use everyday to cover up the foul smell in that place, the room was dirty and I have all the pictures and videos to show my evidence and I will be handle everything accordingly, since no one wanted to help me out. Don’t waste your money at this dump. I wish I could have just packed all my stuff and lefted but I drove far to get there and we had plans. I will be posting this on social media show to warn people about this place, the hotel definitely pick the wrong customer to take advantage of I am make them famous.

The best part of this place was the indoor pool. The room we had was 2 queen bed with a sofa bed and kitchenette. Room was clean, but it had a smell, which took 24 hours to clear, with the windows up and air conditioner on. The beds were comfortable, but the room we had, had a few tiles on the kitchenette area that were broken, literally would lift up if you step on the area. Breakfast was only cereal, bread, coffee, tea, juice. This is a no frills hotel. Good for staying 1-2 nights if you’re in need of a place. Again the best was the pool. My kids had a blast and because of that we ignored the other minor issues.

The room smelled like smoke, didn’t have a smoke detector and had cigarette burns in the bed. The shower was dirty. The only breakfast there is is cereal and toast.

Second guess and read reviews.
We were needed a place to stay with very little time to look for bookings. We found this place $150 and thought it was a deal. When we arrived we noticed it was in a very sketchy spot with some less then desirable people hanging out in the parking lot. We were told on check ( after we paid in full online) there will be an additional $100 safety deposit. Our room had a smell like someone was cooking spicy oily food in it. We couldn't access the pool with our room cards we had to get the manager to let us in also there were NO towels at the pool. The water was warm and refreshing. The beds were ok for one night the pillows were very firm. The one disturbing thing was there was a weird whole in one of the walls that I packed with a tissue.

Quality control doesn't exist here!
The room was a smoking room, which included a whirlpool and front door parking. Awesome right? 1st issue..no pots or pans in room, when asked for some they came 3 days later which I'd already purchased on my own by then. 2nd - Smoking room needs a little more paying attention to detail like wash the drapes and curtains.. or even a quick ceilings dusting or wiping. 3rd - ugh 90° outside and the A/C wasnt working 4 - Whirlpool needs a drain replacement and some cleaning, when the whirlpool came on it spit out other people hair! 5 - The doorseal for main entrance to room was in bad shape so bugs was imenant. Oh and lets not forget the... Mice that was running around while your trying to relax. 6 - Bathroom exuast vent is just a waste of energy. Needs replacing. 7 - The Light on ceiling outside closet was gone. "HELLO? Are you guys out of light bulbs?" 8th Why have a phone in the room? "Hey can you Youtube which button does what here?" Unbelievable its blank! Overall if you want to go here it should be half the cost with these issues in reality. I've stayed in Non-smoking its not much better. Quality control and a good maintenance guy, could change this property for good. Have fun folks!
