The wifi didn't work. The rooms were extremely dirty with dirt hanging from the rooftop. Curtains had dust. Too many dogs in the hotel. The plates in Breakfast were dirty and I saw a hair on the plate. I will NEVER stay here again.

I was very pleased with the stay. Short walk to the outlets and casinos, but you can still feel a bit of unplugging if you need to. While we didn't stay while a convention was going on, it seems like it would be a no-brainer to stay if the price was good during a convention week. Brought my dogs and there were no issues. The courtyard out front was perfect for them for potty breaks.

The Sheraton was walking distance from the Tanger Outlets and some restaurants. The paid parking is across the street at the convention center. Dog friendly.

Good Stay but a couple of suggestions…
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff lacks customer service assistance when it comes to offering solutions to an issue or problem. Pet-friendly is nice but may I suggest installing a light by the grass relief area and a trash can. May I also suggest free or discounted parking to your hotel patrons? $20/day is pretty steep.
