Did not like much about the facility. Room was not very clean, sheets had holes, no tv, no coffee, no breakfast, sauna and tub were not very clean and the USA flag needed to be replaced. Dinner was below average. For the cost of this room we should have had much better accommodations. Never go back

A lovely older hotel. Quiet and clean. Be aware that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. The WiFi was a bit weak because we were on the third floor. But we enjoyed a great night’s sleep for a very reasonable price.

Beautiful historic building. Only down side would be the steps to the rooms but of course it is expected as an old building. Two gentlemen on our arrival day was very friendly and did take our bags up for us. Host the next day (Sunday) not so approachable or friendly. Not a smile to be seen. View from 3rd floor deck was great. Maybe a bit more comfortable seating and an umbrella would be a plus but still loved it. Took the A/C’s about 2 hrs to really get the room cool. Then they worked like a charm. Would suggest to friends and would return for another stay sometime.

We were in town one night for a wedding. The inn was perfectly adequate for a night, but I would not recommend an extended stay. The staff was virtually non-existent. Never answered the phone. Wasn't even there when we checked out (we had to leave a note.) Rooms are barely decorated and need a good all-over deep clean.

The property looked much better online. The front stairs were cracked. The Nucky Johnson suite we stayed in had issues. The bathroom was showing its age and needed cosmetic repairs. The windows could have had better shades to block out the light. The TV had a scratch on it which made it hard to watch. There was a constant smell of marijuana. I would not recommend the hotel or stay again.

The view of the bay from the public third floor balcony is incredible ! The air conditioner in our room was not working properly, but the staff replaced it in just minutes with a unit that worked great! I’ve never seen such a rapid response to a maintenance problem! Well done!

The entire facility was beautiful. Historic, really cool art throughout the building and in the rooms, the food and service were excellent. The setting and the views of the bay are perfect.
