The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, but the air conditioning unit was loud, the toilets were loud enough to wake the other up when flushed. The Auckland chlorination is so strong that the fan was not able to keep the place well ventilated. My recommendation is new quieter air conditioning units, new quieter toilets and a water filtration system for the building would make it a 5 star rating for me.

This is our third time here . our car hire is 5-10 minutes walk so everything is so convenient. The hotel is modern ,clean and spacious. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping /dining options close but you have to familiarize your self with the area… not evident when you walk out the front door. An $8 uber gets you to Parnell Rd and the La la cafe ( our favourite )and various restaurants and art gallerys. From the hotel a short walk to the “Brit “ . An awesome old pub with exceptional bar food… just walk across the road towards the harbour. All up I would highly recommend this hotel.
